A STRONGER MAN.A STRONGERCOMMUNITY.

Sometimes a man needs somewhere to go, something meaningful to do, and someone standing beside him.

Magnify is built on a simple belief: when men serve together, something changes. Friendships grow. Trust takes root. And the man who needed a hand becomes the man who offers one.

Come as you are. Leave knowing you matter.

WHY I’M STARTING MAGNIFY

Christopher Carter

Founder · Montréal, Québec

A personal reason. A shared invitation.

I’ve lived through severe depression and some very dark times. In those seasons, I often wished there were a group of men I could simply be around. Somewhere to go, someone to talk to, and a place where I could be myself without feeling judged. Sometimes I didn’t need the perfect answer. I just didn’t want to be alone.

On social media, I’ve recognized that same loneliness in other men, especially guys working in the trades. Some describe staying busy all day to keep difficult thoughts at a distance, only to face them again when they get home. Their experiences reminded me of my own.

Lending a hand has helped me find moments of connection and purpose, even when my own life felt heavy. I want Magnify to be a place where men can experience that together: spend time with each other, find encouragement, and help someone else side by side.

That’s why I’m starting Magnify. A brotherhood built on friendship, compassion, and showing up. My Christian faith is part of that vision, and you’re welcome here wherever you are in life or faith.

START SMALL. GROW TOGETHER.

Friendship comes first. Here’s the path we want to build together.

  1. 01

    Find each other.

Connect with guys looking for friendship, brotherhood, and somewhere to belong. Come as you are.

  2. 02

    Spend time together.

Start with a simple meetup. Hang out, share a conversation, and get to know each other. Let trust grow naturally.

  3. 03

    Build a brotherhood.

Keep showing up. Make room for honest conversations, encouragement, and friendships that grow beyond a single gathering.

  4. 04

    Serve alongside each other.

As the group grows, explore practical ways to help our neighbours. Start small, with work we can safely do together.

You can help shape this path. Start with a conversation and take the next step at your own pace.

ROOTED IN FAITH. OPEN TO YOU.

Following the example of Jesus Christ, we put our Christian faith into action through compassion, humility, and service. You don’t have to share our beliefs to stand beside us or receive help. Compassion comes without conditions.

01

We show up.

Presence matters. Especially when life is hard.

02

We serve freely.

No pressure. No strings attached.

03

We lead by example.

Faith expressed through compassion and action.

COME AS YOU ARE.

You don’t need to know anyone or have it all figured out. A shared activity can be the beginning of a friendship.

MONTRÉAL IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

A FEW GUYS.A FIRST MEETUP.A BEGINNING.

Be part of the beginning

Every brotherhood starts with someone showing up. Come meet other guys, hear the vision, and help shape a place where we can spend time together, encourage each other, and make a difference side by side.

FRIENDSHIP THAT REACHES FURTHER.

As friendships grow, we want to turn shared skills and compassion into practical help. Our wider vision develops from that local beginning.

BUILD THE FIRST CHAPTER WITH US.

You don’t need to be part of a crew to help one get started. These are the partnerships we’re seeking.
